About-We are the Investment Bankers for arranging funds for various sectors with special focus on the Real Estate Sector & MSME. We are into arranging funds for the various clients across the sectors with a prime focus on Real Estate Sector where funds can be arranged from Project Financing to last mile funding & MSME where funds can be raised for Working Capital, Term Loan, etc. We have successfully executed number of deals ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 150 Crs with various Nationalised Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Co-operative Banks, NBFC, Financial Institutions, etc.
- Designation – Senior Business Development Manager
- Experience : At least 2 years of Experience in Bank/NBFC/Advisory Firm with focus on Debt Syndication.
- Work Timings – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Working Days – Monday to Saturday
- Work Location – Borivali
- Salary- Subject to requisite Experience & Knowledge
Job Description
- Acquisition of New Client in Real Estate Sector i.e Developers/Builders.
- Good with Negotiations with Clients & Bankers to close the Deal in time bound manner.
- Capable to handle any challenges arising in course of closure of deal.
- Apt in handling MIS, Cashflow & CMA, etc.
- Able to cross sell other financial services to Existing Client.
