SaaS Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Passion: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat support, direct emails, contact forms, and our app with enthusiasm and dedication.
Solve with Heart: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Take ownership of each query, finding answers even if they are not immediately known.
Expert Communication: Use Hubspot for all customer communication and support ticket management. Proficiency in English (Level C1 or C2) is essential.
Knowledge Sharing: Help build and maintain our internal and external knowledge base. This includes creating support templates, improving how-to guides with screen recording applications, and feeding back key insights and suggestions to our Customer Support lead and Marketing team.
Innovate and Support: Support the creation and training of AI Customer Support solutions to assist our CS team.
Global Reach: Use translation tools like ChatGPT to assist customers in multiple languages, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Passion for Service: A love for solving problems and creating happy customers is essential.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tech and IT, and eager to become an expert on Ronspot.
Experience with Tools: Prior experience with Hubspot is a plus.
Creative and Detail-Oriented: Ability to create and manage support documentation with precision and creativity.
Flexible and Dedicated: Willing to work European hours to support our global clientele.
