About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Trainer specialising in vehicle engine and maintenance to join our team. This role involves designing, delivering, and assessing training programs that enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our employees or students in the field of vehicle maintenance and engine systems. CANDIDATES FROM ITI INSTITUTIONS WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on vehicle engine maintenance, repair techniques, and related systems.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises, to ensure they meet the needs of the audience and industry standards.
  • Conduct both theoretical and hands-on training sessions, including demonstrations, simulations, and practical exercises.
  • Assess training needs and customize content to address specific skill gaps and learning objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to keep training content current and relevant.
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to trainees, addressing any challenges and ensuring their successful skill development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and evaluation results.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address training needs and opportunities for improvement.
