Job Description:

Responsible for developing and implementing schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure that production goals are met, and optimizing the use of resources to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production schedules based on sales, customer orders, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure production plans are aligned with company goals and market requirements.
  • Ensure require resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets.
  • Optimize the use of resources to reduce waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials to prevent production delays.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Analyze production capacity and workload.
  •  Make recommendations for adjustments to staffing, equipment, or processes as needed.
  • Analyze production data to track performance against targets.
  • Prepare reports on production efficiency, lead times, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor production costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements or resource optimization.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality.
  • Ensure 100% compliance company policies.
  •  Participate in audits and inspections as required.
  • Lead in continuous improvement initiatives, to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage and optimize production schedules and workflows. Ensure data accuracy and system updates.
