Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
• Answer calls and explain the product and services offered by the company.
• Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using our brochures and software
• Convey verbal acknowledgement of offers to our retail candidates for closing.
• Take and process product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintain the database of customers on a regular basis.
• Suggest solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
• Pose questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to offer visa consultancy services.
● Explain visa processes and services to potential clients.
● Maintain a database of client information and follow up with potential leads.
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
● Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information.
● Collaborate with the sales and consultancy teams to convey, .
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
● Ability to handle objections and close sales.
● Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a database of leads.
● Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
