Job Summary:

The Basic Fabrication Technician in ERW Pipes will be responsible for the preparation, cutting, and assembly of ERW pipes according to specified designs and blueprints. The technician will work closely with the fabrication team to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards. The role involves using various tools and equipment to measure, cut, and weld pipes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipe Preparation: Measure and cut ERW pipes to the required length using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Assembly: Assemble pipes and fittings according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Welding: Perform basic welding tasks to join pipes, ensuring strong and clean welds.
• Inspection: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including measurements, materials used, and job completion details.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to fabrication processes in a timely manner.
• Skills:
