Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings, set performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and results-oriented team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Establish sales targets, track performance, and ensure consistent sales growth.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Previous experience in leading a sales team
