Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Estimation Head for a reputed company in Mumbai (Andheri) location.
Key responsibilities:
- Project Estimation handling and pre-planning
- Ensure compliance with all quality norms and policies for high-rise constructions.
- Responsible for making the estimated cost of the project
- Making Bar- Charts on MS project
- Scheduling of the Activities of the team.
- Preparation of Cash Flow
Reporting to: Director
Candidate's profile:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering from recognized University / Institute
- Skills – Leadership Skills, Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market
- Relevant Experience – 15 Years to 18 Years
