- Managing production / project execution activities efficiently.
- Assigning work to subordinates (workers) and reporting daily output to MD
- Maintaining & improving quality of production.
- Tracking & continuous improvement in process time, suggesting ideas for improvement in processes.
- Efficiently managing the human resource (workers) & maintaining high morale among team members.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Additional Responsibilities: Drawing Preparation, Customer Visits for installation / After-Sales Support, Machinery Maintenance, Local Procurement etc.
