Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Asst. Sales Manager for a reputed Company in Proptech Industry at the Gurugram and Noida location.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
  • Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
  • Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
  • Meeting Property Service Providers.
  • On boarding them to PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.
  • Explaining the wide range of Services available for them in PropertyPistol Syndicate Network.
  • Making available property data bases of the area.
  • Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal.

 

Candidate's Profile:

  • Very Good English Communication.
  • Go getting Attitude.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.
  • Team Handling Experience Must for Sr. Sales Manager
  • Own bike preferred.
