Job Description:
We have an opening for the position of Asst. Sales Manager for a reputed Company in Proptech Industry at the Gurugram and Noida location.
Job Description:
- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
- Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
- Meeting Property Service Providers.
- On boarding them to PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.
- Explaining the wide range of Services available for them in PropertyPistol Syndicate Network.
- Making available property data bases of the area.
- Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal.
Candidate's Profile:
- Very Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- Team Handling Experience Must for Sr. Sales Manager
- Own bike preferred.
