Position:           Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location:          Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Experience:      5 - 7 Years

Industries:       Rubber

Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems, including lubrication, calibration, and replacement of worn components.
• Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, ensuring quick resolution to minimize production interruptions.
• Equipment Upgrades: Implement upgrades and modifications to improve machinery efficiency and reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize impact on operations.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, knowledge of 

  predictive maintenance techniques, and familiarity with rubber processing equipment. TPM & TQM experience will be preferred.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Safety Awareness: In-depth understanding of safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.

Required Qualification: - B.E. - Mechanical
