Job Description:
- Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
- Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.
- Managing any procurement activities including RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and terms.
- Ensuring that all purchases are delivered on time and to the correct location.
- Maintaining accurate records of all purchases and related activities.
