Position: Network Technician
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Exp: 0-24 Months
Salary : Starting from 12000/- month up to 25000/- month (depends on skills and experience ) Also no bar for right candidate
Job Description : Customer support on site, coordination with HO, basic knowledge on hardware & software , customer installation etc, field work
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers, addressing and resolving network issues efficiently and professionally.
- Installation & Configuration: Perform network installations, including hardware setup, software configuration, and connectivity checks.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the field team and the head office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination on technical matters.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Field Work: Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, installations, and issue resolutions, reporting back to the head office as needed.
- Customer Training: Provide basic training and guidance to customers on network equipment and usage.
