Job Description:

Source New to Bajaj relationships for Commercial Emerging Corporate Business (Turnover Corporate client relationships is preferred
* Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets NII, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned to
the lending norms as prescribed.
* Appraise financial strength of client, advise and structure the facility meeting client’s requirement and fitting within policy
parameters.
* Strong focus on Credit quality. Thorough monitoring of accounts sourced, keep track on customer business and report any early
warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified. Build a Portfolio which is strong and non-delinquent.
* Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy.
* Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the management team.
* Stakeholder management – Coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders
