Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY
* Install, calibrate, and commission Highly Radioactive Imaging equipment at customer sites.
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure the
equipment operates at peak performance.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with Highly Radioactive Imaging (CT, MRI,
CATH LAB) systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption for
customers.
* Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of the
equipment.
* Maintain detailed service records, including reports on maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
* Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer inquiries and technical
concerns.
* Stay updated on industry advancements, technical standards, and regulatory requirements
related to Highly Radioactive Imaging equipment.
* Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures while working with high and
radiology systems.
* Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the
availability of necessary components.
