optimizing the quality processes.

KNOWLEDGE:

1. Detailed knowledge in ISO 9001:20015.

3. APQP, 5S and at least six sigma green belt.
4. Lean Manufacturing

6. Well versed with steel wire, structure steel, Hotdip galvanizing codes and local/international
standards like IS, BS EN, ASTM.

1. Lead Auditor ISO 9001, 14000, 45000.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
1. Coordinate with Certifying bodies for conducting External Audits within timeline.
2. Ensuring Internal Audits are conducted timely.
3. Ensuring all the NCs (Internal/External) are closed within the timeline.
4. Adding new certification in the interest of organization.
5. Coordinating with BIS for ensuring continuity of BIS license.
6. Engaging with NPD (New product Development) and ensuring all the processes are followed. Documentation
is reviewed and approved.
7. Ensuring all the prerequisites are completed before launch of any new product for commercial production.
8. Validating and approving new or change in existing Process/Product.
9. Overseeing all the SOP’s/ Work Instruction and supporting documents and to ensure to have it as per QMS
standards
10. Required Updates to be made within the Documents in the provided SLA.
11. To have all the Documents available for Internal and External QMS Audit.
12. Ensure Sustenance to Internal & External QMS Audit parameters and considerations.
13. Preparation of the RCA and the 1st investigation report along with the concerned department for the
Customer Input received.
14. Timely review and closure of the Customer Inputs- (CI-Sustenance Audit) and the Internal CAPA.
15. Document Preparation and inspection for APQP Phase 4 and to provide results of sample trial run in phase 5.

16. Preparation of Factory Acceptance Test / Inspection and Test Plan/Quality Assurance Plan for the direct
customers.
17. Data Validation and preliminary review of the data presented within the department.
18. Ensuring the safety of the team members by empowering them by the required knowledge.
19. Audits for cross functional department and safety CAPA.
20. Development of inspectors and other team members with respect to QMS representatives.
21. Adherence to provide departmental inductions to new joinees.
22. Adherence to the timeline for Projects and OKR’s assigned.
