Key Performance Indicators

A.    Tax Planning

·         Ensure smooth functioning of the Organization by preventing obstructions that can arise from tax issues faced by the Organization.

·         Complete responsibility of handling both, Direct Taxation and Indirect Taxation as well as State and central subsidies, across all locations.

·         Strategies to be followed/ pursued for regulatory issues faced by the organization.

Keep updating on Tax amendments.

B.     Direct Tax

a.       Income Tax

(i)                 Preparation and filing of returns- Companies, Firms, Individuals/HUF, routine personal investment related matters viz., payments, maturity, renewals etc.

(ii)               Advance Tax

(iii)            Preparation of and appearance in all income tax proceedings, Handling  day do affairs related to demands and other notices viz.,133(6), TDS verification etc.

Ensure a full range of tax services in compliance with the law and regulation with in timeline.

C.     TDS/ Withholding Tax

TDS/Withholding tax

(i)                 Supervision of Deduction and Deposit of TDS/TCS/Withholding Tax and involvement  in employee taxation

(ii)              Advisory role on International taxation as far as withholding tax is concerned, getting Declaration of PE and TRC etc.

Litigation

Income – Tax cases various

Job Specification:

A candidate having CA Inter qualification with an experience of minimum 6-8 years in Taxation in Large size organizations with working exposure at corporate office.

Key Skills: Working knowledge of latest IT-Technology i.e. SAP/ SAP-HANA would be added advantage
