Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit on-roll employees and manage third-party manpower vendors.
- Validate and approve vendor-provided manpower through tests.
- Coordinate manpower allocation with third-party vendors for operations.
- Maintain database and records, ensuring compliance with HR standards.
- MIS reporting and preparation of audit documents for monthly client statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and government policies.
- Handle monthly attendance and payroll for on-roll and third-party staff.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide resolution recommendations.
- Work closely with HR for accurate record-keeping and documentation in line with compliance.
- Maintain required forms and registers as per the Factory Act.
Must-Have Skills:
- Contractor management and manpower planning.
- Experience in labor laws, compliance, and HR audits.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit document preparation.
- Good communication skills (English and local language).
- Time office management and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with forms and registers per Factory Act.
- Preferred candidates who have work experience in RC Associates.
