Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit on-roll employees and manage third-party manpower vendors.
  2. Validate and approve vendor-provided manpower through tests.
  3. Coordinate manpower allocation with third-party vendors for operations.
  4. Maintain database and records, ensuring compliance with HR standards.
  5. MIS reporting and preparation of audit documents for monthly client statutory audits.
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and government policies.
  7. Handle monthly attendance and payroll for on-roll and third-party staff.
  8. Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide resolution recommendations.
  9. Work closely with HR for accurate record-keeping and documentation in line with compliance.
  10. Maintain required forms and registers as per the Factory Act.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Contractor management and manpower planning.
  • Experience in labor laws, compliance, and HR audits.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit document preparation.
  • Good communication skills (English and local language).
  • Time office management and payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with forms and registers per Factory Act.
  • Preferred candidates who have work experience in RC Associates.
