Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning:
o Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
o Partner with leadership to support and drive business goals.
2. Employee Relations:
o Manage employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and
legal requirements.
o Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
3. Talent Acquisition:
o Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely
fulfillment.
4. Performance Management:
o Design and implement performance management systems.
o Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
5. Training & Development:
o Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
o Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
6. Compliance & Legal:
o Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
o Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
7. Compensation & Benefits:
O Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
o Ensure competitive compensation packages are offered to attract and retain talent.
8. Team Management:
