Experience Level: Minimum 2 years experience in field sales is mandated.
Salary: 30k to 33k CTC Fixed Salary + Petrol Allowance Rs 7500/- per month(4Rs/km) + Food Allowance of Rs 5000/- per month + Performance Based Incentives.

 

Job Description:
The NB (New Business) Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and driving sales in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the telecom industry, focusing on generating leads and closing deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored telecom solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the telecom sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients in the telecom industry.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms, to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
