Position: Sales Manager – DSA Channel

Products: Home Loans & Loan Against Property (Secured Loan)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 7 years in Secured Loan Sales

Age Limit: Up to 33 years

Channels: DSA (Direct Selling Agent)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the distribution network for Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Develop and nurture relationships with existing DSAs to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through the DSA channel. Monitor and drive DSA performance to meet business goals.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to DSAs on product features, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure DSAs are well-equipped to sell products effectively.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the secured loan market. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with customers and addressing any issues or queries promptly. Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all sales activities through the DSA channel comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Verify that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the DSA channel. Track key metrics and provide insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills Required:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property through DSA channels.
  • Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills to manage and motivate DSAs effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and manage DSA relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the secured loan market, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in secured loan sales, preferably in Home Loans and Loan Against Property through DSA channels.
