Products: Home Loans & Loan Against Property (Secured Loan)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 3  to 7 years in Secured Loan Sales

Age Limit: Up to 33 years

Channels: DST (Direct Sales Team)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives to achieve sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the team to drive performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the DST channel. Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase loan disbursements.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers and build relationships to generate business opportunities. Ensure a strong sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and lead generation activities.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the DST team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills. Ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide recommendations to improve product offerings and sales processes.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure accurate documentation for all loan applications.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the performance of the DST team. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Home Loans and Loan Against Property products.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in secured loan sales, preferably in Home Loans and Loan Against Property through the DST channel.
