Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the manufacturing sectors to drive revenue growth.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Presenting proposals and negotiating contracts with clients to secure new business deals and partnerships.
• Monitoring and analysing sales performance data to track progress towards sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients.
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, including sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators

Required Skills

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA-Marketing

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
