Position: Personal Secretory To Director
Location: Andheri - East
Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Responsibilities:
- Management and Planning events.
- Arranging meetings.
- Book travel and direct phone calls.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Organizing and maintaining office systems.
- Receiving and screening phone calls and answering and forwarding telephone
- Greets visitors and guests.
- Maintains all records of important documents.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Fluent English.
- Good letter writing for corporate world.
- Good looking and well mannered.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Recruitment done by the overall process of identifying, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for jobs within an organization. Recruitment also is the process involved in choosing people for unpaid roles.
- Taking minutes during meetings and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files and create MOM for all meetings.
