Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment of IT initiatives
with business objectives, ensuring effective governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance with regulatory
requirements. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership, managing IT policies and procedures, and promoting
best practices in IT governance across the organization.

- Ensuring all IT agreements  are executed on time , Tracked and renewed  before  renewal due date. Individual IT owner
will handle their agreements , Governance team will tracking and highlighting risks, delays  and will  escalate as needed.
Governance team will also provide inputs on clauses if needed .
- Will ensure governance meetings, reports are published  as stipulated  in the agreement. This is especially  needed  for
key Vendors ( based on payout size and application /infra criticality , for manpower  based only contracts this will not be
needed).  Each IT function manager will be responsible for his vendor Governance , It governance team will oversee to
ensure SLAs and Contract deliverables are tracked.
- Any penalties to be levied if SLAs or and Deliverables are missed.
- Vendor risk Management -  Tracking actionable from vendor Audits , Highlighting vendor concentration or vendor specific
risk.
- Obsolesce tracking (Software , Hardware, appliances)
- License Management
- Application Access Management & review
- Patch management
- Act as First line of defense for security controls and adherence ( Security controls , timely blocking # as per alerts ,
gateway management e.g WAF)
- Establishing IT and Business SLA , OLA , service windows
- Tracking above and publishing monthly reports
- Establishing and publishing IT balanced Score card. ( may not be immediate but should be planned)
- IT incident Management
- Manage Change Management Process with emphasis on documentation, impact analysis , timely closure after
implementation or rollbacks
- Review DR/ BCP arrangements periodically ( at least once in a year or  with addition of new application , business unit) in
line with BIA
- Achieve and maintain  ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certification
