Job Description: 

Overview:  We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Architect to lead the design and architecture of our software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, a deep understanding of modern architectural patterns, and experience with cloud platforms. As a Software Architect at Gentell, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across our applications.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.

- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the efficient development and deployment of software solutions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and create comprehensive architectural plans.

- Scalability & Performance: Design systems that can scale seamlessly, ensuring high performance and availability.

- Security: Implement robust security measures and best practices to protect data and systems.

- Code Quality: Oversee code quality standards and practices, conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

- Mentorship: Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation and technical specifications.

- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the company’s technology strategy.

Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a software architecture role.

- Proven experience with full-stack development, including technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJS, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and MongoDB.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications.

- Deep understanding of software design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, and their application in software systems.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
