Job Description:

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing various tasks within the warehouse. The role involves overseeing orders, handling dispatches, creating and maintaining reports, and managing complaint products and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Process and oversee orders and dispatches.
• Handle complaint products and manage returns.
• Create and maintain detailed reports for management review.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SAP is a must.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Other: Basic understanding of warehousing processes and operations.
