Implementation Consultant

Job Description:

▪ Implementing ERP Platforms
▪ Analyze the business and understand the scope of accounting functions that need to be implemented/setup.
▪ Based on the modules that need to be implemented. Ascertain the application that is best suited.
▪ Structuring the setup and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval to go ahead with setup.
▪ Setup the system to meet requirements and application customization to have optimum performance.
▪ Implements system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions.
▪ Test all new releases of the applications and testing new applications in the market to meet the business requirements.
▪ Work on integrating multiple systems based on the needs.
▪ Custom implementation specific and troubleshoot the issues or requests.
▪ Review the applications periodically, identifying the gaps within the system. Suggest process improvement methods.
▪ Weekly meetings with the transition team to ensure that all requirements of the client are met.
▪ Reach out to third-party service providers in case of any issues within the application
▪ Communicate and collaborate on the process details between the operations team and managers
