Job Description:
| Excellent understanding of US requirement, policies, procedures and employment laws. |
| BDM - US Market Sales Staffing/Resource Augmentation |
| Experience in technical recruiting for the US market. |
| Experience in collaborating with higher managers and cross functional team. |
| Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is strongly preferred. |
| Excellent knowledge of social media recruiting, job boards and other sourcing channels. |
| Excellent communication and inter personal skills. |
| Good oral and written Communication Skills |
| 5 Days Week (Monday to Friday) |
| Weekoff (Saturday & Sunday) |
| Bond Clause 1year agreement- terms( If candidate leave our organization before 1 year he will not get any experience or relieving letter by us) |
