Job Description:
Department : Information Technology
Desired Position : Officer/Sr. Officer/Asst. Executive
To Resolve All Hardware (Desktops/Laptops/Printers/Network) problems. Quick Heal (Seqrite) Antivirus System installation and User Management and Policy Maintaining and Implementation. Maintaining Proper Documentation of all IT related records like Installation Report,Call reports, Inventory of Systems and PLC, IPC and SCADA Systems Maintaining user accounts (Windows login part of AD). Internal network monitoring and troubleshooting. Installing new network points (Punching, Crimping, and Dressing etc.). Installation of All Network and local printers. User supports in application software like Spectrum, MS Office and etc. To maintaining and handling under warranty Systems (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, Network switches etc.) and log calls to their manufacturer in case any hardware issue. Assign calls and coordination to AMC person. Troubleshooting and backup related activity of LAB instruments software (Empower,Labex, UV, HPLC, GC, and FTIR). Software related to instruments up gradation.
