Job Description:
 JD for the Sales Head:
 
1) Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners
2) Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products
3) Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations
4) Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team
5) Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
6) Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts
7) Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales
8) Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities
9) Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
10) Taking Reports from the Territory Sales Managers and delegate work as discussed with the Channel Partners.
