Job Description:

Position:        Plant Head 

Location:       Silvassa

Experience:   10 - 12 Years

Industries:    Pharma - Formulation

Responsibilities:

• Direct and co-ordinate daily operation of the plant.
• Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance. To maintain strict discipline in the plant
• Develop process to increase productivity and performance.
• To ensure maximum utilization of manpower & machinery
• To ensure proper Housekeeping & Hygiene of plant.To ensure proper security of plant.
• To ensure proper maintenance of environmnt, health and safety related features.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• To screen, interview and manage the process of new hires.
• To ensure proper plant Maintenance. To monitor equipment & utilities and ensure that they are maintained
• Implementation of quality system and complying norms of regulatory authorities.
• To develop plan for cost saving and implementation.
• Administering the functions related to new projects.
• To ensure proper yield of products.
• To ensure proper training to all employee.
• Liasioning and compliances.
• Maintaining proper dress code with washing records.
• Human resources profiles management.
• Leave management with over time records.
• MIS and communication to HO.
• Responsible for Canteen operation.
• Leave applications and holidays management.
• Responsible for day to day work and reporting to Management.
• Responsible for other works which is allocated by Management.

Required Skills

• Supervise and monitor cleanliness in department.
• Supervise and monitor all reports and registers are maintained properly. Ensure online Monitoring of In Process Quality checks on shop floor.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Salary :- 12.00 LPA
