Inventory Executive

Job Description:

Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and ensuring accurate records of all inventory movements.

• Receiving and Dispatching Goods: Coordinating the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring goods are checked for quality and quantity, and overseeing the timely dispatch of products.
• Warehouse Organization: Managing the layout of the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in an orderly and accessible manner to optimize space and improve workflow.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments to coordinate the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any potential hazards.
• Team Supervision: Leading and supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and providing training to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities, and generating reports for management.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, are well-maintained and in good working order.
