Position Summary: We are seeking experienced Miscellaneous Helpers specialized in painting with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Jubail, KSA. The ideal candidate will assist with a range of painting tasks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met on site. The role requires expertise in surface preparation, painting techniques, and tools handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist painters in preparing surfaces (e.g., sanding, scraping, masking) prior to painting.
• Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes as per project requirements.
• Operate painting tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns with proficiency.
• Perform touch-ups and final coatings to ensure a quality finish.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools after use.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times.
• Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials according to company policies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete painting tasks efficiently.
• Support other miscellaneous tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in painting-related roles.
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and paint mixing.
• Familiarity with various painting tools and equipment.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, industrial, or residential painting.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in or willing to relocate to Jubail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes.
• Experience with both interior and exterior painting.
• Awareness of local safety regulations and procedures.

Work Environment:

• The role involves working on construction and industrial sites, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.
