Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication Foreman with 2-5 years of experience to oversee and coordinate fabrication activities in our Jubail-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, leadership abilities, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within safety standards. This role involves supervising a team of fabricators, ensuring productivity, and maintaining adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project schedule.
• Plan, organize, and assign work to fabricators, ensuring efficient use of materials, tools, and labor.
• Oversee the fabrication of metal structures and components based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that fabrication work meets quality standards, tolerances, and client specifications.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, making necessary adjustments or rework when required.
• Maintain an organized and safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and industry standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and procurement to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and report on daily production progress, material usage, and any issues that arise during fabrication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication issues that may affect the quality or timeliness of the work.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fabrication environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in or willing to relocate to Jubail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fabrication or welding is preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or structural fabrication.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a fabrication team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of different types of materials used in fabrication (e.g., steel, aluminum).
• Experience in welding techniques and other metalworking processes.
• Familiarity with fabrication standards and codes.

Work Environment:

• The role involves working in a fabrication shop or on-site, depending on project requirements.
• Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
