  • Job Title: Sales Manager (Electrical)
  • Experience: Min 10 years
  • Salary: 8,000 AED including (F&A Allowance)
  • Working Country: Dubai, U.A.E
  • Contract Period: 3 years and renewable
  • Probation Period: 6 months
  • Working hours: 9 hours per day

 Food and Accommodation: By Employee with the allowance to be provided by the Employer.

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
    • Set clear sales goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
    • Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
    • Forecast sales and manage budgets effectively to optimize resource allocation.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • BE in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10 Year experience in Sales & Marketing of Explosion proof
  • Electrical Products (i.e., PDB, DB, JB, Lighting Fixtures, Control Panels etc.) in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Experience in sales and marketing of Explosion Proof Electrical Products is preferred.
  • Having the knowledge of ATEX/IECEX.
  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
  • Having the knowledge of Incoterm 2000/2010/2020
  • Excellent English communication Skill (oral and writing) is essential.
  • Explosion proof Electrical, Switchgears/Lighting Products experience is essential.
  • UAE or Middle East Driving License holder is preferred.
  • Excellent Computer skills (MS Office) is essential.
