- Salary: 2500/- AED including F&A Allowance
- Working Country: Dubai, U.A.E
- Contract Period: 3 years and renewable
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Working hours: 9 hours per day

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Engineer with a focus on electrical systems to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a background in electrical engineering or a related field who are passionate about sales and customer service. The Junior Sales Engineer will support our sales team by providing technical expertise, developing client relationships, and assisting in the promotion and sale of our electrical products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Solution Development:
- Assist in understanding client requirements and provide technical solutions related to electrical systems and products.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions and address complex technical queries.
- Sales Support:
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Participate in sales meetings and client discussions to provide technical insights and recommendations.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the electrical sector.
- Client Interaction & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure successful project execution.
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts and tracking project progress.
- Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s electrical products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the sales and management teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and client management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BE in Electrical Engineering
- 1-2-year experience in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Fresh candidates can also be considered in preference to their academic career and performance basis
- Food and Accommodation: By Employee with the allowance to be provided by the
- Excellent English communication Skill (oral and writing) is essential.
- Explosion proof Electrical, Switchgears/Lighting Products experience is essential.
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Office) is essential.
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
- Having the knowledge of Incoterm 2000/2010/2020.
