Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and prospecting potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Customer Engagement: Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any issues.
- Sales Support: Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively communicate product offerings.
- Order Processing: Assist with order entry, follow-up on orders, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare and assist with sales reports as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales team members to learn sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis.
