Job Description:
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the sales team in
the South Gujarat region, ensuring effective sales operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance,
training, and support. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends,
and provide recommendations for improvement. Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales
strategies for the South Gujarat market. Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and nurturing existing client
relationships. Sales Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and
stay updated on industry trends.
Concept Selling: Provide guidance and coaching to the sales team on effective concept
selling techniques.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management within the logistics or customs
brokerage industry.
Experience in concept selling and ability to train and coach others on this technique.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the South Gujarat market and its specific needs.
Experience in local customs regulations and procedures.
