Job profile
- Reporting to the Director and Performing secretarial and Administrative duties.
- To draft letters , prepare Agenda’s ,Minutes of Meetings and prepares them to be in final document format.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (E-mail, Letters etc).
- Organize and maintain digital and hard copy of files and records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Liaising with Government departments.
- Maintaining the official website of the association.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication Skill is a mandate.
