Job Description:
Position: Executive - PPC
Location: Gandhidham
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Production and Maintenance function.
- Ensure that commitment to the customer on Quality, Cost Delivery is met.
- Ensure strong process discipline quality orientation across the manufacturing operations.
- Continuously benchmark and improve process and methods to improve productivity quality.
- Maintain periodic MIS related to Production and implement corrective actions for improvement.
- To maintain the 5S Lean on shop floor and deploy maintain ISO systems.
- To lead and drive on cost saving by efficient use of process &, policy.
- To ensure the Safety on shop floor and foster hazard free environment.
- Lead the overall manufacturing operations as role model.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of plant operations management – Steel Wires Industry.
- Leadership Qualities
- Positive Attitude towards responsibility.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
