Job Description: KYC Manager in Stock Broking Firm
- Oversee KYC Process: Manage end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Customer Onboarding: Supervise customer onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate completion of KYC documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI, AML, and other relevant regulations related to customer identification and verification.
- Verification of Documents: Verify customer identity, address, and financial documents as per the firm's policies.
- Team Management: Lead and train a team of KYC analysts to handle document verification and ensure compliance.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet standards.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate and escalate potential fraud or discrepancies in customer profiles.
- KYC Updates: Monitor changes in customer details, ensuring timely updates in the system.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on KYC status, process efficiency, and compliance to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve KYC processes to enhance customer experience and compliance efficiency.
