Sales Manager - Travel Industry
Job Description:
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
Manage and lead the sales team at the Head Office, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships and sales channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Develop and implement sales plans, including pricing and promotional strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Develop and maintain an efficient sales tracking and reporting system.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients when needed.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and its trends.
Experience: 7 Years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
Industry Preference: Travel industry
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Salary: Up to 9 Lacs LPA
Location: Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad
