Job Title: Casting Shop- Skilled Worker
Job Location: Al Jubail
Year of Experience: 2-4 years
Salary :4500-6000 SAR
Job Purpose : Manufacturing molds for casting, performing molten steel injection work, drawing products from flasks, operating equipment for mold work, operating sand recovery equipment, operating sand testing machines, and managing sand mixing ratios
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Carrying out sand molding work
- Perform molten steel pouring work
- Perform product shake out work
- Maintain safe operations handling heavy loads
- Review production documentation
- Manipulation of molding work equipment
- Manufacturing work dimension measurement management
- Perform collaborative tasks between workers
- Possess safety knowledge for handling heavy materials
- Experience in manufacturing casting/cast iron products and automatic line
- Experience in electric furnace melting work
- Maintain safe operation
- Experience in operating casting manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of metal materials
- Staying safe from exposure to open flames
- Automatic line mold production and molten steel pouring work
- Flask mold making experience
- Driving mold making equipment
