Job Description:
Recruitment and Selection (Talent Management)
Manpower planning and Budgeting.
Vendor management -Monitoring the performance of recruiting vendors.
Training and Induction
Making induction to the new joinees including Field Force employees.
Giving the Training to new Joinees about the Company culture, policies and history of the group.
Giving Training of Code of Business Ethics to all new Joinees.
Management.
Initiated people relationship meeting & ensure open interaction between employee with line manager & HR.
Formulating and implementing HR Policies.
Addressing employee grievances and disciplinary issues (Disciplinary Action Plan) with robust follow up mechanism.
Coordinating with the training department for finding out the training need and organize the program.
Payroll Data Management
Keeping Track records of employee’s absentism and late coming.
Attendance & Leave Management of field force Employee at PAN India Level
Performance Management
Taken full responsibility in Annual Performance Appraisal for HO and Field Force.
Implemented new Appraisal forms (Yearly & Confirmation) as per management requirement.
Tracking the Confirmation Appraisal of HO and Field Force.
Statutory Compliance
Processing of PF Forms, Gratuity Forms & Superannuation Forms for claim Settlement.
To generate TIC of ESI Members.
Conduction employee engagement activity.
Preparing agreement (Company Car, Confidentiality Agreement,etc)
Taking exit interview.
Coordinating for PF , Superannuation & ESIC.
Other responsibility assigned from time to time.
