Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Job Description:
As a Floor Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of a high-end retail store specializing in dairy products and Indian sweets. This role involves managing staff, overseeing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate the store team to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Manage inventory with FIFO system and track stock levels.
3. Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
4. Coordinate daily product orders with production teams.
5. Monitor sales performance and implement in-store promotions.
6. Create and manage employee schedules.
7. Uphold food safety standards.
8. Must be willing to work during festivals such as Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi New Year, etc.
9. Flexibility to work rotational shifts and travel if needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: best in Industry (It will be on Talisman HR's Payroll)

Working Hours:
Rotational shifts: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m., 6 days a week, including Sundays.
