FUNCTION/AREA

Head – Operations

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To lead & guide the team under specified policies & procedures of Medicover Fertility. To achieve set target (Financial), keep the team motivated (Employee Engagement and Learning & Development) & help achieve high standards of customer satisfaction (Customer Engagement).

MAIN INTERFACES

  • INTERNALLY: Clinicians, Nurses, BDM, Finance, Operations and Other Support Function Teams
  • EXTERNALLY: Patients & attendants, Visiting doctors, Executives of outsourced lab and radiology facilities.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue generation
  • Creating roadmap and plan for business development in coordination with BDM team
  • Creating roadmap and plan for CME, camps, doctor’s visit, events and all other related events to promote the brand
  • Create SOP and lead in development / knowledge of process flow.
  • Manage Front office operations effectively.
  • Roster and leave planning with prior approvals.
  • Ensure regular departmental training to patient care executives and provide regular feedback to seniors.
  • Assist in handling all customer’s related issues are closed on a satisfactory note acceptable to customer as well as the management.
  • Ensure all incidents and events are properly documented and escalated to prescribed levels and Quality department.
  • Ensure the required reports are generated for the purpose of management as well as MIS.
  • Does gap analysis for proactive measures to be taken to avoid any adverse situations.
  • Regularly counsel and guide staff for any work as well as growth related issues ensuring the team satisfaction.

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: –

Essential: Graduate /Diploma /degree in Hospitality / hospital management

Industry Preference: Healthcare /Service

Experience: Min. 5-8 years
