Utility Operator
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities |
· Adheres to EHS regulations & guidelines and maintains a safe working environment. · Contribute to reporting and resolving near misses and incidents as well as conduct site inspections. · Maintains high standard of quality for the supplied utilities according to work instructions and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and coordinates utilities samples collection, if required. · Fills in and monitor utility daily, weekly & monthly production and operation as well as other reports accurately in the system. · Monitors utility raw materials, consumable materials and outsourced services needed to run smoothly utility operation. · Support maintenance in taken offline, isolating, tagging, or bringing online utilities equipment or system after completing repair. · Assists on-site and off-site, hands-on training and coaching newly hired / newcomers or existing utility operators. |
Job Requirements |
Technical certificate or diploma in relevant branch of Engineering 3 years of technical experience in a similar field.
Or high school certificate 6 years of operation experience in a similar field.
· Working knowledge of relevant operation principles and practices in or relevant industry in utility operation fields. · PC literacy and computer uses including MS Office software. · Knowledge of control systems such as Distributed Control System (DCS) or others will be a plus for him. · Ability to gather data and ability to accurately input data. · Ability to work with multi-nations team. · Ability to read, communicate and understand in English both orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. |
