Job Description:

Position:         Sr. Executive -  PPIC

Location:        Ahmedabad

Experience:    5 - 8 years

Industries:     Pharma

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement changes to increase efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of products, including formulation, manufacturing, and quality control.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as FDA guidelines, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Support: Train production staff on LL-specific processes and procedures, and provide ongoing support.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve issues and implement quality improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, quality control, and process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive process and product improvements.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to production, such as batch failures or quality deviations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in insulin manufacturing and quality control.
  • Project Management: Lead or support projects related to insulin process and product improvements, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Procurement: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, minimize stock-outs, and reduce excess inventory.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery of products.
  • Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and adjust supply chain accordingly.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions, such as natural disasters or supplier insolvency.
  • Cost Control: Analyse and reduce supply chain costs, improving efficiency and profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure suppliers meet quality standards, and products are delivered defect-free.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as customs, taxes, and trade laws.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and training.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and production teams, to ensure alignment and effective supply chain operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement process improvements to stay competitive.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and execute contingency plans to address unexpected supply chain disruptions.
  • Technology: Leverage technology, such as ERP systems, to optimize supply chain operations and improve visibility
