Job Description:
- Maintaining relationship with existing customers and taping new customer from the market.
- Generating business from existing and new customers.
- Coordinating with colleagues and superiors to attain set targets.
- In charge of the product training for new staff and supporting them by visiting customer with them.
- Representing company and its products at exhibitions in all over India.
- Supporting distributors in term of product knowledge by visiting their re-sellers and giving them the understanding about the product usage and benefits.
- Promoting brand by using marketing probes as per the market demand.
- Carry out research on market, competitors and product pricing to remain competitive.
- Forecast plan, execute strategic action plan towards achieving company annual plan.
- Survey the market and identify potential clients.
- Consistently meet operational targets in term of volume, delivery and quality.
- Maintaining stock and supplies, Appointing Distributors.
- Review of sales target and planning.
- Attending trades exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Generating the new product for export avenues, customer’s feedback.
- Meeting With Clients virtually or during sales visits.
